Customized Products
Customized items are made specifically for you. Hence, returns and refunds are not applicable unless there is a genuine issue with the product or the customization provided.
In such rare cases, we request that you inform us within *4 to 5 days of delivery, along with **unboxing photos or videos* to help us resolve the matter swiftly.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure the following:
* The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
* All original tags and packaging are intact
* You have the order receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if there’s a mix-up, contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Our team will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. These include:
* Perishable items (e.g., food, plants)
* Personal care items (e.g., oils, balms)
* Custom-made or personalized products
* Hazardous or flammable materials
Note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
